In today’s busy world, we understand the importance of time-saving services, that’s why we’re delighted to introduce the complimentary Pick Up & Delivery* offer.

If your Ford requires a service or MOT, but it’s not convenient for you to bring it in, we’ll come to you.

Book Service or MOT.

We have different levels of service available, depending on the age or model of your car.

Interim Service – An Interim Service is designed to check that your vehicle is performing at its best in between Full Services. Interim Services are recommended every 6 months, or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you are planning a long journey or are taking a staycation for example, you may want to consider booking in your Interim Service with us to prevent any costly breakdowns on your journey.

Full Service - A Full Service should be completed every 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. This is also referred to as our Ford Essential Service, which includes all of the important checks and top-ups to keep your vehicle running at its optimum condition.

Major Service – A Major Service is recommended every 24 months, or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. During a Major Service, we will perform more comprehensive checks and replace parts that should be changed every 2 years, including the cabin filter and brake fluid.

Now there's now even more reason to choose Ford to have your vehicle serviced. If you take your Ford to be serviced at Browne and Day you will now receive up to one year of roadside assistance* as well as the usual expert service for a Ford trained technician using specialist Ford tools and original Ford parts.
