Browne & Day Ford Care Code - As things return to normal, we want to keep our customers safe. We are following the Ford Care Code.
The Code sets out how Ford Dealers can help protect you by:
- We are adhering to the 2m Social Distancing guidelines – see the floor stickers for guidance
- Areas of the dealership will be fitted with protective screens and our staff have Personal Protective Equipment to help keep you safe.
- Please use hand sanitiser provided when entering and leaving dealership
- We follow an extensive check list to ensure your serviced vehicle is sanitised. All our vehicles on site with be fully sanitised.
- We are offering a range of virtual services including no-touch demonstrations and online purchase for used vehicles.
- Our servicing can be booked online, email or by telephone.
- We offer touch free payment.
- Click & Collect service available
- Free Delivery service available
